Handkers & Chemicals

I'm not sure if this already exists in the game as I'm yet inexperienced. I would like to see handkerchiefs or just pieces of cloth where you could pour certain chemicals like chloral hydrate which you could then use to stun (Or poison if there is any strong poison in the game) people with by forcing them to inhale the handkers chemicals. You have probably seen this in movies where they use similar techniques to kidnap someone for example.

Why would you do that?

Stabbing them with a syringe or shooting them with a syringe gun are both much more effective.
