I NEVER CHECKED IF THE OTHER IC IN OOC BIT WAS FROM A PREVIOUS ROUND OR A ROUND BEFORE THAT, UNTIL THE SERVER COMES BACK THIS BAN APPEAL IS IN STAGNANT WATER.

EDIT: Server came back on and I quickly checked it up:

Yeah, like I said you ICed in OOC earlier on a few rounds beforehand, were warned and proceeded to do it again, wait out the ban I am not lessening it or removing it.
