my few Ideas,
1) sorta taken from another game, but allow the function to "PooP" or "Pee" -
in the Poop function a brown dot would appear on the body, with the text similar to "You start to feel something warm and lumpy in your pants"
Then add the ability if a person "poops" for like 5 sec they leave a pile of poo on the floor, would give the janitors something to clean, then you could also add the function if someone walks through the poop they get poo stains on floor (for 2-3 paces), and poo on their boots. You could even add a silly achievement for this like "Some one needs a diaper" or whatever you could think of to be creative.
for pee function , they could leave a puddle of pee on the floor, and a "wet" spot would appear on the uniform. Or pee function could be used to "pee" on a dead body.
2) unlockable handcuffs, Heads only item, if a head uses them say on a person , and the person runs of or escapes or whatever they could not remove them unless they are unlocked by security or heads. in this instance security would have to retrieve a "handcuff key" from armory or warden. or something similar to that.
3) Drunkn Sailor Job - would be a fun job title, assistant access level, person sits in bar, drunk
ordering food, etc. walks around and stumbles a lot. Idk would be a fun gag job, that can be randomly assigned or picked.
