After reading through all of this I've yet to see you actually give a solid defence or reasoning as per your actions on the day. I'm going to put a stop to this before it turns into a 5 page thread filled with bickering and "no you". Due to the fact there's a very compelling story about how you conveniently found people in places and moved around doing very suspicious activity with no just or sensible reason that would also lead to me to agree that you were most likely meta gaming in this case.

Please appeal it in a few weeks once you've decided which story you want to use and if you feel like owning up. If you continue to harass any of the admins about it after this you'll be temporarily banned from the forums.
