Not a top priority but could add roleplay. Clocks could attack to walls the way APCs do, and wired similarly.
At the moment, people can check the station's time with their pda, I don't know any other way, and I know a lot of people don't know of the pda's timekeeping abilities. The implementation of more visable time could result in people scedualing things like apointments, breaks or tasks.
Ive found myself to be one of the few people who like to use their notekeeper in their pda, and clipboards. I keep lots of records of how tasks like repairs go on and suspicions of people so they can be turned in to the captain, detective or whoever may ask. Instead of checking my pda frequently, clockes placed periodically throughout the station would greatly impact the ability to keep propper records.
Station time is already coded in with pdas so one way to view clocks without making them massive icons would be to just have the player look at the clock whenever they click a clock in view.
I'm not sure if desk clocks and movable clocks would be needed as long as there were clocks in every main room in the station.
Making clocks could be simplistic like many things in the game, a frame could be easily made like an APC or granade casing, then placed on the wall and wired. A sheet of glass could probably be added for it's protection and to have a way of easily breaking clocks so they do not work.

Interesting idea. It probably wouldn't be altogether too difficult to implement (don't trust my word on that)
I just don't think it will ever be useful. Sure, pleantly of people don't know their PDA could tell you station time, but that's because it's never needed.
