A) Allow tracking of players over several camera networks. Often when I am trying to find a player, I have to change network, which means that my fingers click recall shuttle by accident. - Alternatively, make the Call Shuttle need an OK? confirmation.
B) The AI should be able to speak on individual channels (Engineering, Command, Science, Security, etc.) It can command a radio tuner, makes sense, and allows the Captain to speak silently with the AI. Or so that it doesn't alert the crook when the AI finds a suspect for Security.
C) AI should be able to lock/destroy cyborgs by clicking their Icon - It is troublesome when a Cyborg is acting roguishly (when not Actually a traitor), and by the time you lock them down at Sci-Div, they've done a terrible thing.

A and B are pretty good, but C?
"Oh shit i accidentally asploded borg"
Instead of clicking on the borg, how about giving the AI a command that allows him to view it's borgs, and shutdown/explode them if needed

Also AI should be able to control borgs that are rogue, like when its shooting someone lock it down and then move it yourself like you had body... or something like that

No
How would you like if the AI suddenly took control of you and threw you out the local airlock while you are shooting the captain? and you are a Borg?

On the contrary, if you're killing the captain as the borg, the AI will be supporting you for whatever reason because you're usually bound to the current AI when borged. And if it's not, then it'd be considered griefing, no? (EDIT: Or you're not bound to the AI for whatever reason.)
Though, still dont agree with the whole controlling thing. Could cause massive problems.

Borgs can be traitors and stuff.
I think giving the AI that much power over them is not a good thing.

I dunno... It gives a viable use for the braindead. They can always be turned back into humans, and the AI would greatly appreciate the ability to just fix its own cameras, rather than trying to get security/engineering to do it.

I dunno. Do AI really need to be more powerful? Also making braindead into borgs for the AI to pupet sounds like a bad idea because although it is fairly easy to turn them back it is still against law three and you need people who actually know how and have the accesses needed.

I also have to note that most AI's would be in Cyborg bodies if control was allowed, totally pissing off the Cyborg player and causing problems for the crew

Maybe the AI should get what gibbed gets, a tiny personal borg to control. That way it can go around the station, also that would mean no adminhelps of "OH MY GAWD I CANTS CANTRAL MAH CHARACTAR! HALP!"!""q12121" when the AI posesses them.
