Damn it, people most of topics are ban and unban appeals and admin applications (and when will you close admin applications?). I'm bored of forums .

I don't really think there is a way to get these forums more active sadly... the only thing I know of that might work is, spread the face-punching to other games. Other then that I have no clue. But then with that comes the choosing of the candidates who have to constantly host a server for whatever game.

Yeah, also when the hell admin appeals are closing? They were open for few months now. I don't even know / never saw most of them.

I think its because of the fact that unlike other SS13 forums, theres nothing really that involves a community. When you look at /TG/, they code their version of SS13. Baystation, gibbed and the other ones that involve coding have active communities*-
With Facepunch, there is nothing forum related that we need other than ban appeals, guides and administrator applications. Before I came to Facepunch, I played on Apollo and it was very similar in its forums, and the two other servers before that (I forget their names) were exactly like that since they just used the /TG/ code.
*From the last I checked -Not sure about other communities that don't code

We never really intended for these forums to become a large or popular community. The server is more or less dedicated to the existing Facepunch community (although they sure love to pour out the hate on us). The forums are only here to serve the specific needs of the server. We don't object to discussions and entertaining shit, but the FPSS13 community isn't really big enough to generate and sustain those kinds of threads.
