I was permabanned while away!?

Why I feel I should be unbanned: I havent even been on in a few days, Ive been visiting my grandfather in orlando and he dosent have internet (Or TV ) and I return a few days later to find a message that says "Access Denied, PERMABANNED Reason: Turned out to be someone permabanned and shit"
I have no clue what happend, the only thing I can guess is that someone hacked my account while I was away. I will be changed my e-mail adress and password that are connected to SS13 in ANY way to prevent anything further like this.
