Description: I fail to see how it's possible that a logically thinking person would ban somebody from the server for being angry over the shoutbox. It boggles the mind how childish a certain mod is acting. They are completely out of line. Not only did somebody higher in rank than he approach the situation earlier, I wasn't even on the server at the time. As you can see, scooterkid already addressed the issue. As a member of the STAFF already replied regarding the matter, a certain member of the moderation team would be a good mod to do what mods do and act as support to the administration, not the other way around. The irony apparent in the two posts and how both of them use the term "ice" but for completely different reasons is simply evidence of the illogical, childish way the certain mod is acting towards me simply out of personal dislike.

With two admins involved in an event who don't invoke any sort of punishment, a mod permabanning a game account over an action in the shoutbox is simply evidence that they are incapable of making objective decisions, a trait important for any form of authority.

Too long if you didn't read: Two admins didn't do shit about it, a mod comes in 8 hours later who has a grudge against me and sees it as an excuse to permaban my server account some how.

Firstly I'm not a mod. I'm a game master; I am of equal rank to Lead as a senior admin who told me you promised him to cut the shit out yesterday and stop what you've been doing. I asked him to make sure before your forum account and game account were unbanned that you'd stop acting up and he seemed adamant you were willing to stop. Your entire argument seems based on the fact you think I'm a moderator and ignoring the decisions of senior admins and I have yet to see any other admin who has come forward and defended your behaviour.

Lo and behold you didn't fucking stop; you got banned by a completely different admin then filled up chatbox with a huge arguement against the guy AFTER BEING WARNED TWICE BEFORE NOT TO DO IT. You were already on thin ice and this just pushed things over the edge.

On any other server alone you'd probably be permabanned for shitting up OOC and the shoutbox with complaints against an admin but that's not how we work. You had 3 chances, 3 strikes, 3 bans, and 3 opportunities to not say anything in the shoutbox.

You blew it.

Mods aren't capable of banning or editing bans. It helps if you pay attention to the rank of the person you're talking to, so for future reference please remember that mods can't ban people, thank you.

Fragg and I are indeed the same rank. I've been around a little longer but that doesn't give me more authority. And I support his decision here. Your bans were lifted on the condition of your agreement not to rage in the shoutbox or server OOC, and within less than 12 hours you did exactly that.

Regardless, I was just angry at the time over a ban that I personally feel was unfair. Should I have shit up the shoutbox? No. I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said shit like that to necro in game too, so if you're reading this sorry for that.

But sometimes we all get angry and anger makes people do things more impulsively. Is that justification for being an annoying prick? No, so I'll try to work on how I react to things in the future.

Really though, I'm usallly chill. I get it from my dad that when you don't agree with something, the way you should react is to get angry at whoever is responsible and insult them which really isn't the way that you get things for you especially when you can't actually see the person. 

In the future I'll find something else to vent out on instead of you guys. For the most part you do a good job.

What don't you understand? This isn't a grudge; this isn't a vendetta. You broke the rules those 3 times and you legitimately got banned 3 times. And each of those times you shitted all over the shoutbox and the first two bans constantly whinged in OOC about it.

As a Coder and a Game Master I also agree with Fragg and Lead. Looking at your collective notes between all of your accounts really shows how much you pay attention to rules and conditions set for you. You seem to repeat things you've previously been warned or banned for and show you have little care about the consequences until you actually get banned. You also have a thing of going against any admin that PMs you, in most cases Fragg, but looking at the rest of your notes you went off on Necro when you /me'd emoted:

Being uncooperative or outright yelling at us in adminhelp pretty much adds fuel to the fire.  At this point its an inferno.

Ok you either are literally blind with anger or have a syndrome. 1stly Necro banned you the first time for some shitty emotes and ignoring warnings to stop; My two bans were legitimate and not contested by ANY other admin. Lead has also posted in the thread condoning your actions and supporting my ultimatum with you. So I'm clearly bullshitting.

The first two times you were banned whenever we were both on and I spoke about something or someone mentioned Cyborgs you'd start going "Oh dont be a borg when sgtfrg is on hell ban u1!!" "I wouldn't trust Fragg's decision we all know how bad he is" and things along the lines of that and I have several other admins who were on at the time who can confirm this. After the first ban you started spamming adminhelp to try and talk to me for the sole purpose of arguing with me and trying to antagonise me, then 3 TIMES IN A ROW YOU spammed up the shoutbox about 3 completely different bans.

Hence why "everybody here" hasn't gone Oh my god fragg why are you banning this person for this!? Because it's legitimate. Because you broke the rules and acted like an utter idiot afterwards and each of those times you were unwilling to let the matter drop; like you are now. My patience is running thin having to explain the same thing to you over and over again on this.

It's odd though in that I also feel like he was being uncooperative with me which is why this isn't in ban appeals.


Sgt, you say I broke the rules but I checked the fucking rules and I didn't break them. This made me angry. I vented my anger. 

Remember back to the cyborg incident, I don't know how you think it's not an IC issue when I was ordered to come to genetics, the geneticist ordered me to arrest the HOS, and the HOS never ordered me to arrest the geneticist. I still don't understand. It's not a rule that you are supposed to help security regardless of orders and, even though I wasn't, it's not a rule that you can't use a cyborg body to take revenge via arresting considering that you still have the same brain. Therefore I was just banned because you disagreed with me, not for breaking an actual rule

I don't remember what the other one was but the one about the custom emotes is also not in the rules. There is a rules list that I've read and never saw anything in the changelog about them being updated so if it was updated you should tell people.
