Your Appeal: Well first of all, I played on Nox station and I had fun trying to rape people and the admins didnt care. On this server on the other hand, stupidly I overlooked the rule that ERP is not allowed. I promise it will never happen again. Also, I'm posting this months after the ban because I felt I didnt deserve to be unbanned right away. Please.. Facepunch is pretty much one of my most favored servers!

The fact another server allows something should in no way lead you to ever presume that it's ok on this one.
Not to mention ERP in general is just a sad thing to do. I mean come on.

I did not presume, I simply did not know there was a rule against it. Anyways, I just want to know if I can be unbanned. It's silly that they banned me instantly without even giving me a warning (I believe anyway).

Rape is stated clearly in the BYOND terms of service as something you shouldn't do. That's as good of a warning as you're going to get. Depending on how things go though, you may get a second chance. We'll see what Scooter says about it when he gets back on.

Also it is against most countries laws to do it. You see all these stories every day about this in real life, what makes you think its different online? I mean, on the internet its a blank slate, so no one you know on the internet knows you you are most of the time. But the thing is, what if your friends in real life found out what you did, or if a co-workers or boss found out? How do you think they would react or even feel about what you did?
I'll take with the other admins to see if you get a second chance or not. No promises.

Well considering I'm not going to get unbanned, My last words are, why make such a big deal out of a video game? You guys sound like a bunch of feminists who thinks rape in a video game is a "big deal".. Jesus... I'm dissapointed that I got banned for doing something I had no idea was a rule, also it's such a silly thing.. Not even a single warning just "We don't want you here".. thank you very much for your time. Also, I don't condone rape in real life.. but, if anything it was the guy's fault for looking so sexy.
