BYOND key: VIVALDI21 Admin's key: Necromorphous Ban Type: Temporary ban Ban Reason: Murdered a random guy because "I need a new identity to evade Security". Your Appeal: I don't think I should have been banned in the first place...
I was thrown in perma without being told what my charge was, without due process, and by a completely incompetent HoP, I escaped once and managed to get back to the station where i was overpowered by a borg, then I was put back in perma... I read some extracts from WGW (pretty much the whole thing if I'm honest)
Anyway! I escaped a second time by overpowering the idiotic HoP and hiding in a locker... after bashing my way back to the station I realized that I needed a new identity. By this point since I was going to be arrested anyway i would have thought I was a criminal and I have IC reasons to kill another member of the crew who was not under suspicion.
I didn't break the law before the HoP put me in perma, so i thought if I'm going to be viewed as a traitor I might as well act like one. I even sent several PMs to admins about what the HoP was doing but I got no response.
tl;dr
I had good IC reasons to kill that virologist and take his identity, I was going to turn him into a Gary afterward too...

This goes against several rules, where you basically kill an innocent guy so you can steal his identity, yet you had easy access to genetics and there were several corpses around the area. Killing the virologist was almost completely pointless except for ending his round early.
If you truly wanted to just change your identity, then you could of fiddle with genetics or used one of the corpses available but all in all what you did broke rule 1 and 6, don't be a dick and if you don't have objectives, you aren't a traitor.
Also, in case you haven't figured out from the post, I'm not unbanning you.

Challenge accepted. Also do you realize that this "pathetic belligerent asshat x" is quite right. Not sure what happened to the "x" there in your thought, but I guess you might have just had something intelligible to say, but I guess making youself look like an idiot took a lot out of you. The fact this "pathetic belligerent asshat x" responded pretty professionally compared to your "WAH WAH I DIDN'T GET MY WAY EVEN THOUGH I KNOW WHAT I DID WAS WRONG" shows just how entitled you are.
You MIGHT have an IC reason to do something BUT rules take priority over your IC reasons. So no matter how you try to justify your your IC reasons, you still have to take into account the rules. You also need to see this from another view. Rules > IC. Now the thing is, I know 100% you have yet to look at the rules. Our rules are different. We have a way of track if people have read the rules, ya'know. So while Necro pointed out the rules, lets show you them.
Rule 1: Don't be a dick!! If you feel like you shouldn’t be doing something you’re probably right. Doing something wrong for shits and giggles, because you were bored, because you want to actively annoy other players; You get the idea.
Rule 6: Don’t have objectives? You’re not a traitor!
And for a more in depth look at Rule 6.
Rule 6.2: If you are not an antagonist or sanctioned by an admin/event to do so, antagonist actions (murder, grief, mass sabotage) are strictly not allowed.
So I hope your new "idednity" goes well for you. Additionally the fact you are going through the hassle of this to get around like a two and half day ban is pretty sad.

Quick question Vivaldi: Just how stupid can you be? Seriously, if you are trying to ban evade, the first thing you should do is not tell the admins about it.

Apparently whether or not I tell everyone is academic since you still haven't banned either of my new accounts... Anyone interested in ban evasion? -Create new account -Refresh your IP -New computer ID / change the computer you play on. -Play how you think is right Takes 10 minutes tops if you know what you're doing. Much faster than signing up for these forums.

Anybody with basic IQ knows how to evade bans.
The problem is how to conceal the fact that you have evaded a ban. Unfortunately, you have failed the basic first rule of deception and lies : Don't be a cliché James Bond villain and tell the world about your plans.
And unless you have a hundred computers, good luck.

And unless you have a hundred computers, good luck. Why's the problem to hide the evasion? I've been quite blatant about it and it's not been a problem for me so far. I don't get where this high and mighty 'good luck' shit is coming from, I am playing on your server, on the same computer you banned me on, without issue... tell the truth, you have no idea who I am now, and there is no way you can link my new accounts to my old one. However 'petty' you may make this out to be I beat your system and have yet to be apprehended, I win, you lose. I'd say good luck to you, but in case I haven't made it obvious enough, I'm pretty confident that I can evade your petty authority ban-hammer indefinitely. Catch me if you can!

Well given the fact you were being an immense shit lord leading to your ban, I'm pretty positive you'll continue to get banned on all of your accounts with your ever escalating terrible behaviour.
but you know how to change your IP oh no!
Edit: Oh also it takes us all of 5 seconds to ban you in game. You're going to be spending your time changing your IP, changing your computer ID and create a new BYOND account everytime you get banned. It's literally a win-win situation for us and a lose-lose situation for you as you have to spend 10 minutes trying to get back into a 2d spaceman game and then cry yourself to sleep.
