There is now a complete format for ban appeals, located under the ban appeals sub-board. It contains instructions for how to format your appeal, and also shows what information is required in your appeal thread title before it will receive an admin's attention.
Hopefully this will streamline the ban appeal process, and allow us tosummarily deny objectively and fairly consider all appeals in a more timely fashion.
