Ban Request Format

Things to remember:

• A ban request that does not have a round log is pretty much useless to us.
  
• Even with a round log attached, a ban request is unlikely to result in the person being immediately banned, except under special circumstances.
  
• Most of the time, if a ban request is investigated and found to be serious, admins will begin keeping a closer eye on the person the request was brought against in order to catch them in the act.
