1. Right click the text window.
2. Select "log" from the drop-down menu.
3. Select a location on your computer to save the log file, preferrably somewhere you can find it.
4. When you post a thread for your ban request or appeal, add the log file as an attachment to your post. Do this by clicking the "Choose File" button at the top of the post editor, directly below the box where you type in the title.
This is MUCH BETTER than copy-pasting directly from the server text window, because it is more comprehensive and harder to edit.
