Reasons for seeking admin, if any:

Well, its pretty simple. This is my favorite server.
I would like to make it other people's favorite server too and give them the best experience they would ever get on a server, best way to do that is by treating people fairly, give them second chances and don't be too strict about it. Depending on the situation ofcourse. I like creating a game that everyone enjoys to play, even for the other admins!
I'm also against the instant Kick / Ban method, it doesn't make people learn, It only creates hatred and gives the server a bad reputation.
I would like to change that.


Additional notes:

Previous admin experience

I have been running and editing on my own server for quite a while, (2 months) and know how admining works, (no need to teach me)
I also observed other admins on quite a few servers and know how to treat a player fairly if he / she has done something that broke the rules.

Experience with SS13 and it's flavors:

I've been playing SS13 since May 2012, Its been one of my favorite games since then, I have practically mastered almost every Preference and enjoy Quartermastering the most.
I know a lot of secrets, enjoying my time with other great admins on quite a few servers and play the game the way I think its meant to be played, Fun, Storytelling and role-playing in a not too over-serious way. I play SS13 everyday and most of the time on Facepunch Station. I visited the forums and saw admin applications were going and I've always wanted to be a admin on a server that has fair players and fun community.

That is not our policy and if you have (somehow) observed admins on the server banning people without questioning them first you need to talk to Foos about that, pronto. We make an effort to question offenders before issuing a ban, 1) ensuring they knew what they were doing was against the rules, 2) checking for any mitigating circumstances, and 3) conducting a 'tude check for asshats.

That said, nobody is perfect and sometimes we mess up for any of a number of reasons we are your gods and you should rightly fear our wrath.

All that aside, I think I've seen you playing a couple of times without royally fucking anything up, and your location/time zone is a plus. I recommend a trial round.
