Job Expectations

Wow. First time posting here. Jeez these forums sure move fast.

So. To get things moving a bit, I wanted to start this thread.

I'm leaving this post up for any Euro-bros, I'll add mine tomorrow, but: What do you expect out of a good <insert job here> How would you improve the chances of seeing that in game?

I'll start with an Easy one for now.

I'd like to see more diplomacy from a captain. Most just like to give non-nonsensical orders. I think a good AI or HoP can really influence how a Captain acts. They should meet with the Captain early in a round to set expectations.

I expect security to shoot at each other randomly, because all the other's are communist spies trying to kill you.
Shove stun batons up the asses of random people who pass you by, because obviously they were trying to assasinate you.
And ofcourse, arrest anyone who carries any object, because they are intending to use it as a weapon against you.
