Why I feel I should be unbanned: I don't see what I did wrong, I was just playing with a friend I always do. we never invoked anything, or attack or provoke anyone. I called the janitor a traitor, because I thought he was a traitor. He threw a cleaning grenade at me, twice. The second time he drug me through it and tried to cuff me then drag me away. This didn't even involve the other player, it was just me and a random guy. the guy who killed him was not with us, it was some random guy who happened to be there, and he just happened to kill someone who was doing something incredibly suspicious. After that he even said he just wanted to go to jail, so I don't see what I did wrong. Other than that it was just me and my friend, and we talk over skype just because we like having voice communication, but we weren';t doing anything to harm anyone, at all. We were cutting through walls in maintenance tunnels because there were massive holes in the station, and we didn't want to die.

I was observing you two for a good 15 minutes and you were randomly detonating fuel tanks over the station and in arrivals. You were also breaking through walls in areas that were fine for both oxygen and pressure. Basically bombing the station and repeatedly de constructing walls on extended for no justifiable or legitimate reason is pretty week.

Alright, the exploding was not me. That I was not even aware of. And we broke through the maintenance tunnel behind the library trying to get to robotics, because there was a massive hole near the AI's entrance door thing. After that, there was no other way to get out of the maintenance tunnel, so we tried going through random walls. We ended up in medbay and just left without doing any damage. After that we figured we'd just break into the clown's costume room, because dressing up as a chicken is fucking hilarous. And really, all we did was break walls. I figured we may get arrested for the clown and medbay things, but before that it was necessary.

Blowing up the fuel tanks had nothing to do with him, that was all me. I figured the round would be over shortly because the station was exploding, so I just did it for shits and giggles.
We were breaking into walls to get to various places, mainly so we could get around the huge holes in the station. We were on our way into the clown room to get some chicken suits when you banned us. We weren't out to attack anybody.

That all being said, all of that is grounds for getting arrested in game, not banned for two weeks.

but meta-gaming is still against the rules and fucking shit up on extended for no justifiable reason is really REALLY low.

So why is it even that big of a deal? If there's no antag, then it's that much easier to just fix the wall. And it's really more of an issue IC than OOC, just arrest us for vandalizing the station. And we don't communicate anything seriously over skype, we just laugh at things. If we do discuss anything, we will talk about it IC, as to avoid this thing happening. Really the only thing we discussed over this was "we're going to break through these walls." And even if we did say it, it'd have no effect over the game anyways since no one would've heard it.

I can also confirm this. What we discuss can never be considered metagaming, because if we do discuss IC, we're with each other, able to "Whisper" or "Say" either way, so the communication type isn't going to change a single thing. We're very careful about it, specifically to avoid bans related to metagaming.

On the other hand, the Skype conversations are simply because we've been gaming together a good 4 or 5 years, and have quite a few things in common to discuss while playing.
