Freaking byond.

I'm trying to get on FP whole day, fucking byond downloads resources till 55%, max 65%, and connection dies.
Any solves? :bsod:

You can either re-install BYOND, or you can sacrifice a pomeranian and consume its heart in the name of Armok.

Since the resources on our server are pretty much identical to TG, you could install SVN and download the code from code.google.com/p/tgstation13/

Update to whatever revision Facepunch is on. Compile it and then run it in dream daemon. Connect to your test server, in the background it will be copying all those resource files to your cache (the same as when you connect to a real server).

Next time you connect to Facepunch Server after that, it will only download resource files which don't match with those in your cache.

If you connection is really shitty (like mine) and crashes whilst downloading the code via SVN. You can right-click the repo, click clean up working copy. Then update again to continue from where it crashed.
