The Syndicate may or may not have slipped some highly dangerous or hidden items into uplinks. They can be ultra helpful or ultra destructive. How you use them is up to you.
Self Service items (Items that require no explanations)
Real Ammo (Bartender)
Thermal Prescription glasses (Librarian)
Syndicate RIG Suit (Engineer)
Complicated items (Items that require explanations)
ASS-X (Chemist)
ASS-X causes the eaters ass to explode off; sometimes with enough force to crit them; other than being forcefully eaten, It can be grinded into a liquid and placed into syringes or food. Just don't mistake it for ASS-P; the non-lethal and harmless version of ASS-X.
Anti-Healing kit (Doctor)
Much like the spam click bruise packs; by the time the person using these uses them they will already have injured themselves pretty well instead. Just remember not to use them on yourself...
Maneating Plant (Botanist)
Spawn the item from your uplink and click on a hydroponics tray. Wait until it goes from weeds to something else. Click it to pull the Maneating plant out. Now place it somewere; like a hallway. Use a bottle of Robust Harvest on it and stay clear of it. Anything organic that hits it will be eaten. Other players; Ian; Alien Queens; just not ghosts. Throw one at another for the big prize!
Text-to-Speech (Mime)
MimeTech has allowed for advanced additions to the Mimes arsenal. Although the mime can not speak without breaking his vow; this nifty device can imitate others voices as well as say things for the mime. Of course its not helpful with an AI present; it can be used to fool people. Does not include a radio and does include a cooldown of about thirty seconds. The device has two modes; its default one (when clicked) presents whatever is said as:
Text-To-Speaker says, "If only I could talk."
Its alternate function (If right clicked) which is only found in traitor versions of the Text-To-Speech allows for the user to fake a name as well as what to say. For example:
Bread Toast says, "Oh if only you could!"
To change back to the original; simply click again to return it to the Text-To-Speaker.
Slip Signs (Janitor)
Out of water somehow? Don't want to waste water on those peasants? When you buy this item, you get a pack of four. They function like normal signs, until you click them. By clicking them in your hand, you will activate it. Drop it (or throw it) and anyone that passes by it has a chance to slip. Just remember though, it is kind of obvious who would buy these..
Tip: Your janitor shoes and sneaky syndicate shoes are immune to this!
