Apparently they've got a forums now: www.centration.net/forum/. Found this while checking their main page again. Also it became lamer.

From the first look, it just started out and is for a nice small community. Judging from the possible activity of the forum, we can expect demo version of Centration™(oh god it's a trademark already)(maybe).

Also apparently that team is now called "RED TOOLBOX", as though it's relevant.

Actually the team is called Angry Engineers, but that's not important. The community is small because we're not actively advertising Centration yet; as we're still a while off from an alpha build. Still no harm in joining the community if you want, I guess.
