If your ban is a permanent ban, add the letter P in square brackets [] to the start of the title.
If your ban is a job ban, add [J] to the start of the title.
If your ban is a temporary ban (in other words, it is not a job ban or a perma) add a [T] to the start of the title.
The rest of the title should consist of "{your name} banned by {admin's name}".
EXAMPLE OF A CORRECT APPEAL TITLE: [T]SmokeytheDankPig69 banned by Foos
EXAMPLE OF AN INCORRECT APPEAL TITLE: please unban
IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THESE RULES WHEN MAKING A NEW BAN APPEAL IT WILL BE DELETED WITHOUT ANYONE BEING READ.
This is not just to be a dick. It will take you maybe 10 extra seconds to write out a title like this. On the other hand if you title it like the second example admins have to load the thread and read it to see if it is for a ban they made.
