Wizard Improvements

So Wizards got these amazing spells... But his artifact list is missing, I suggest a one-time spell or an 'artifact' that when you buy gives you access to the Wizard Car.

Now the Wizard car won't ethernal jaunt, or teleport with you, but it's cool as fuck, as most wizard would get basic survival spells magical spess suit and drive around making people jealous.
