Surgery Questions

So I have played in medical for quite some time but there are some surgical procedures that I cant quite work out, for example the cavity implant, its possible to remove them but you cant put them in to begin with. My attempts to secure the nuke disk by implanting it in the clown has been thwarted to this time. So my question is are those procedures disabled intentionally or is it an issue ?

I haven't ported it over because of runtimes and errors; but its on my to-do list. As for removing implants, that removes implants such as loyalty implants, chem implants, etc.

Aren't we also supposed to get ass surgery soon too? People who eat ASS-X as of now are pretty much fucked.
