Well my birthday was fun. Also I see what's needed to be done here and I will act on it, I won't use teamspeak anymore while playing on your server. While I was playing we did not know it was not allowed because we just join servers to play and have fun, we don't go on to the websites that are linked with the servers so we were unable to know that teamspeak was not allowed period. If it was said when the game started or when you joined somewhere, then this most likely wouldn't have happened.

There is a section in the rules that states about metagaming, one of which is, "Using another player's viewpoint to gather information that one's own character doesn't have access comes under this", Teamspeak, as it should be obvious, falls under this rule.

We urge you to hit up the rules and read it carefully the next time you are on should your ban be removed.

So am I or the others being unbanned? we would like to play with our other friends who don't use teamspeak. I've been waiting for some time and even still we shouldn't have been perma banned, if anything that's a minor offence and can easily be dealt with.

Ok, If I could butt in. You shouldn't be unbanned. After reading the logs and most of everything here. I can already determine what is going on. You metagamed which is a fucking horrible thing to do and is bannable to the highest extent. I didn't read the part about the killings and such. But the fact that you use Teamspeak is just horrible when playing SS13. This is what you said right here Kreiger.

This excuse doesn't work, Because other people have to stop and type into radio. But you don't, Which then means that you have an unfair advantage over everybody else. I don't know what the cool ass admins are going to do to you. But I hope they don't unban you.

Hello Willman, you are no admin nor does this ENTIRE post concern you in any way, shape, or form.This is not for you to decide or for you to bother with, I don't know you, you don't know me and from reading your post you obviously don't fully understand the full extent of this. Please, if you do not know about it and it does not concern you, do not purposely put yourself in a position of drama/antagonist. Especially since your picture shows that you enjoy watching people be bothered/annoyed. You, like some of the other people that have posted on this thread, instantly assume that we Metagame when we do not. If you actually read this ENTIRE post then you would see that I have said this more than once. Get all the facts before you try to 'Butt in and dictate'.

Except you do metagame, using voice chat with your friends to coordinate in secrecy. You specifically told me that you do that. I saw you and your friends silently moving about working as a team, killing a guy without saying a word in game. I'm not lifting the ban, ever. If someone else wants to, fine, but I wont. Consider it an example to everyone else why when an admin tells you to stop doing something, you should probably stop doing it, instead of running your mouth about it and going on to explain how your metabuddies are witnesses.

You cant charm me. I don't care about your birthday. Too late. I almost never ban anyone, but when I do, I'm not keen on going back on my decisions. I'll leave this here for now in case someone else feels merciful, but I do not even possess mercy even in concept.

You let this guy lead you around, and so seal your own fates in my eyes. Right. He just magically came up with the idea of specifically saying you were a part of it. Also you just happened to randomly be there, not speaking along with the rest of them, and killing the same guy they were killing. Obviously some kinda psychic hive mind right? Heads up, and I'm getting very tired of having to point this out. If you are not directly involved as the banned person or a key witness then don't fucking post.

I'd say no offence but we really don't want to hear everyone's opinion on an appeal or have people rallying behind the admins or the players, it's what the admins are here for, to read the appeal, get the facts and come to a decision.
