So you want to make a big boom eh? Don't like the Captain? Shitcurity being shit. Syndicate paying you good money to kill someone? Well you've come to the right place.
First off DOs and DON'Ts.
DO
- Enable gas reagent scanner on your PDA. When you use your PDA on a gas tank or cannister, it will tell you the mixture inside and the temperature. Very useful!!
- Guard your bombs. Hide them. If Shitcurity ever catches you with bombs in your backpack, they will confiscate them for sure and even brig you. I've even been brigged by Shitcurity for handing over the bombs after getting a job change from HoP. Make sure they don't catch you even if that means you have to hide the bombs in a locker in maint somewhere.
- Arm your fellow revs with bombs to make them suicide bombers.
- Use your bombs to stop Lord Singulo if he is released.
- Make a deadman's switch using a pAI and a remote signaler bomb.
DON'T
- Blow up the station as a non-antag. A big no no.
- Give your bombs to random people as a non-antag. This is a good way to get job banned from the best job on the server.
- Suicide bomb your attacker as a non-antag. This is an iffy subject as its OK to kill your attacker if he is a syndie and you don't kill anyone else AND cause minimum damage to the station but when do all those pieces fit into place? Kill any innocents with your suicide bomb? Enjoy your week ban. HOWEVER. If its nuke ops and you manage to get 2-3 operatives then I'd say thats a good trade.

Alright step by step guide now:
When you start off. First take out your PDA and enable gas scanner. This is very helpful!
Now go get 3 tanks of plasma and 2 tanks of oxygen from toxic storage which is to the left of toxic like so:
Once you get them. Put 1 oxygen cannister and 2 plasma cannisters into the 3 valves on the left
and wrench those babies in.
What this does is it equalizes the gases in all 3 cannisters. If you want to, use your gas scanner on them after they have been wrenched in. Instead of 100% plasma or 100% oxygen; it should say 33% oxygen, 66% plasma. This is optimal for heating the plasma.
Set both pumps, outside the heating chamber, to 4500kPa (they start off as 101kPa). Make sure to turn the output pump on as well because it starts off. Don't worry about the low pressure warning. Just do it and get out.
(note: I called the pumps, valves in this picture. They are PUMPS not valves).
Next put one of your 66/33 cannisters into the input node and wrench in. Then turn on the valve above the cannister.
Note: There are panels above the valve. You can click those to see the pressure and temperature. Click on the input panel right now. You should see the pressure slowly leaving the cannister and filling up in the heating chamber. Pressure the ignition switch above the panel when the pressure is below 2000kPa.
While the gas is cooking, we're going to 'clean' the plasma tanks. What this means is, we're going to remove most of the plasma from the plasma tank so we can fill it with our super heated plasma, when its done. First grab the air scrubber (its the white thing above the attachments).
Set the settings to 58. Take out 6 plasma tanks from the tank storage.
Put a plasma tank in, turn it on for 3 seconds (real life time) and turn off. Your end result should be a plasma tank with 52kPa in it. This is optimal. Repeat until you have 6 cleaned tanks.
After you should notice that your input cannister is empty (denoted by the red sign on the cannister).
Unwrench the empty one and take a fresh 66/33 cannister and wrench that in the input node.
Now your 2nd 66/33 cannister should be wrenched in on the input node and the valve turned on/green. We are going to fill our oxygen tanks up with oxygen. So grab 6 oxygen tanks out of the storage and put them into the 100% oxygen cannister, set settings to max (1013kPa) and turn on until the oxygen tank is full. Turn off and remove tank and repeat until you have 6 filled oxygen tanks.
By the time you're done, your input cannister should be empty again. Move the third 66/33 cannister on the input node, wrench in and make sure the valve is on.
We're almost done! Now move the last full plasma cannister onto the OUTPUT node and wrench in but DO NOT TURN ON THE VALVE. Click the panel to check the temperature. We want it to be at a crisp 97,000c before we turn on the valve. Bonus points for turning it on right when it hits 97,000c. To check the temperature inside the chamber, click the output panel. You can spam click if you like.

Once its at 97,000c. Turn the output valve on for about 5 seconds and turn off. Unwrench the cannister and fill up your plasma tanks to the brim with your super heating plasma. The same way you did-so with your oxygen tanks.
Once you have 6 filled plasma tanks, its time to assemble the bomb.
Grab a tank transfer valve, switch hands, grab a oxygen tank and use the oxygen tank on the tank transfer valve. Next grab a plasma tank and use the plasma tank on the transfer valve/oxygen tank. There you go! You have a big boom. Add attachments if desired.
There is a testing chamber to the south of toxic. You may use it to test your bombs. Set your bombs on a timer, load it into the mass driver and activate the switch to shoot the bomb into the testing area. Then use the monitors to the right to view your boom. I suggest Camera #3 as it is the best.
A good boom will be 1-2 tiles away from the camera.

Tips:
- Respect Erza Hegarty. He is the boom master.
- If you're gonna use proximity sensors, set that shit to arm in 4 seconds, drop and forget.
- Make sure to use gloves when handling bombs as an antag. You don't want a detective tracing your finger prints back to you. You can get some in robo bay and to get to robo bay you can deconstruct the wall in R&D.
- There are gas masks in the fire emergency equipment lockers in toxic. They help conceal your face if you're an antag.
- Make sure to fill your emergency oxygen cannister to the max. Very helpful so your emegency tank doesn't run out.
