Date of incident: 11/3/13 12:40 EST?
Description: The engineer around the start of the round decided to block up medbay with walls, then after I chased him around for a good 10 minutes he got an Agent B tank and started going around the station picking a spot to release it. Naturally he releases it at Brig and its there all round. He also went around the station still all the heads lockers and destroying them with the singlo, well at least with the HoP's and he almost got the HoS's and Captains. Not really sure if releasing Agent B is griefing but it is a toxin and causes hallucinations. After he did all that he disappeared for awhile and I guess went braindead? Not really sure. But its rather annoying chasing someone around all shift releasing Agent B and him not even being a traitor. Some pictures, imgur.com/a/WptL8
Other witnesses: Kalameet, he says it wasn't griefing but I feel that it is.
Round log available on request?: Yes, but with the logs I don't have the words he said about choking on the Agent B, but I do have people saying that he did release Agent B and to get him.
