Ban Reason: Spacing non-antag as a non-antag. Thought the guy would come at me again but there's a cloning rule that they don't remember anything in their past life.
Your Appeal: Yeah so I used to play NoX station constantly before I joined up on facepunch a few times, which has a more lax enviroment and where griefers are dealt with more IC then OOC. So when I was spraying people with my extinguisher, I believe an atmos tech then started punching me(?) and then pulling weapons (not guns, general weapons like crowbar) on me so I defend myself. I ahelp about it when he keeps comming at me, and am told its an IC issue. I ask sec and instead they try to arrest me, not the person trying to kill me, and said person I believe later comes at me with an atmos axe (bare with me, this was so long ago so the details are muddy for me) so I disarm him and kill him with it and then try and space him. Am admin pinged, a argument arises and then I am p-banned.

After a while of not playing facepunch and going onto /tg/ after nox slowed down, pop wise, and even eventually gaining admin on /tg/ as a trialadmin I realize what I did was somewhat shitty at the time and I let my temper take control.

Now that I know better, I wish to be unbanned.

Anyway:
I started getting attacked by an assistant for spraying water around with an extinguisher, I got upset and started attacking said person. You have a pretty large track record, and I do remember a bunch of what you did back then.

Considering Crackerroll, the banning admin, has gone missing, I'll see what I can do, but, as it is, don't expect a majority of the admins to be in your favor, but still, you appear to have learnt from your mistakes and it's been quite a long time now.

Could you give me some examples of said track record? Its probably hard to believe me, but I truly do not remember doing anything except for those two spacing incidents.

I agree everything I did in these notes were shitty. At the time, everything I did in those notes were acceptable behavior on NoX station, but that is not an excuse as this is Facepunch and I am sorry if I ruined anyones round about it.

The only ban I don't get is the "calling rogue AI". Unless the AI had robocop, which is understandable, shocking a door as an AI has always meant that a AI is rogue one way or another, aka different from the standard asimov law set that they spawn with, so I don't seem to understand why I copped a ban for it. Everything else I agree with though since that was my shittery as just another NoX-tier greyshit.

I do happen to remember you, you spent the better half of the round spamming radio up with the AI being rogue, MALF etc because you didn't like him and he wasn't letting you into restricted areas, then every time you broke into somewhere and a sec officer stunned you, you'd continue to scream that the person was a traitor, killing you, a syndicate, a changeling or all of the above.

Listed in the rules as not repeatedly calling everyone an antagonist or falsely accusing the AI of being MALF without any legitimate proof whatsoever past it not letting you into the captains office or the guards stunning you for breaking a crime, but I decided not to ban you but it was clear you didn't care about the rules. Then in a completely unrelated incident a few days later you once again had proven that our rules were not important. An apparently in a completely unrelated matter a few days before it you had been spamming the chat with the AI being rogue despite the fact it was following a law set that the captain had put in place.

Given that cracker has up and left and no other admin ever banned you, I'm going to lift the ban on the condition that you proof read the rules so you don't break them again or ruin any other players experience by overreacting or shit stirring.
