Appeal: This is untrue. I asked how to get hands off someone even though i stated the name, not knowing that that counted as IC in OOC. Then, I joked about killing the clown, which I never intended to do. (But that honking... AGH!) The ban reason was accidentally putting something I meant to radio to the cyborg in OOC.
