Ban Request on JoJo Marley.

Edit: I don't know why my entire post gets cut off every time I request a ban but HERE WE GO AGAIN.

Name of offenders: JoJo Marley

Description:Round starts and I notice there are no heads except the RD, but she wants to be made into the AI so I do that. I then steal all access because no heads. I cure pierrots throat and set up the engine, around this time heads actually start joining.

Eventually a very unrobust Captain joins and the AI asks me to relinquish my all access, to which I refuse simply because I was the one who actually set everything up. And he hardly knows how to play the game.

Soon enough I get arrested, brigged, and they leave me my all access ID, armor, and some weapons, which is I assume why they all tried to arrest me a SECOND time. So I go about minding my own business, Captain attempts to flash me while I have sunglasses on, failure. I shoot my way out of virology and run. I hide and at this point about 7 people are solely looking for me, I eventually shoot my way out of the airlock by sec checkpoint.

I am running by the AI upload and Yahweh stun gloves me, SWAGBORG, the AI says: S.W.A.G.B.O.R.G. [145.9] states, "KILL HIM". As you can see in the log. JoJo Comes up and feeds me poison to kill me. Without having any real idea whether it was legitimate.

EDIT: This is now a ban request specifically on JoJo. Considering the huge doubt I have that anyone else will even get punished for what they did.
JoJo found me cuffed by Yahweh. JoJo fed me the booze, which was poisoned with something that murdered me to death. JoJo should be banned for grief, simple as that.

Also I feel I should add. Yahweh really didn't know what was going on, but he did allow me to die.
The thing was everyone assumed I was the traitor (which I wasn't.) and assumed it would be ok to murder me. Yahweh had been braindead and joined late in the first place I think.

Everyone else im sure heard me yell about how I am better than the Captain because I actually DID THINGS. Built the engine, the AI, and cured a disease, there was no way I was the traitor. If I was the AI would have been set to kill everything. But that's sort of besides the point.

Now, I guess it's not really my responsibility or even within protocol for me to post here, but I figured I'd just chime in and give a (slightly shorter) summary and my take on things.
I suggest you read the format for ban requests first, Kalameet, and edit your post accordingly so an admin will actually bother to read it (it can be found here: facepunchss13.proboards.com/thread/1025/ban-request-format ).

The ban requests:
- Assistant Muhammid Yahweh
- Assistant JoJo Marley
- S.W.A.G.B.O.R.G. (Director Hailey Allen)
- Captain Davey Matthews
- HoP Alex North

The summary:
- RD (the only head) becomes AI.
- With no more heads, Kalameet gets all-access.
- Kalameet does good for the station (sets up singularity, etc.).
- Heads join mid-round.
- Kalameet doesn't want to surrender access.
- Kalameet gets legitimately brigged.
- Kalameet chases Captain for vengeance.
- Kalameet gets stunned by Yahweh and killed.

Now, my take on this is that you were brigged legitimately, tried to exact revenge on an unrobust Captain, got your ass handed to you by an Assistant, then got burned by an HoP (only the last statement is questionable as there's no evidence from the log).
Yahweh is uninvolved, and though I've noticed he has a tendency to grief, he only stunned you shortly after you assaulted the captain and HoP. He did, however, watch as you were forced to drink to death but this doesn't mean much as it's not strictly against any server rule. (Snippet 1 near the bottom)
JoJo Marley killed you with poisoned alcohol as a non-antag -- this is one of two people I see deserving of a (temporary) ban for this because he actually broke the server rules. (Snippet 2)
The AI is also not to blame as the laws it had at the time of your death were Paladin plus a law that (arguably) led to the conclusion that you were evil and should be punished. (Snippet 3)
Davey had reason to believe you were an antag for having all-access and assaulting him repeatedly; additionally he is allowed to call for your death (but from the log there's no reason to believe he did).
Lastly, the HoP. This is the other person I believe was deserving of a ban because he also broke server rules -- he burned you to prevent cloning. This was completely unwarranted as you were already in custody and also dead.

Every time I acted was in self defense. The only times I shot the Captain were when I was trying to get away.
Now that I think about it the AI did have questionable laws, but still no reason to kill me. She watched me the whole time and knew that all I did was help the station. And when I wouldn't surrender all access she starts getting people to try and kill me along with the Captain and HoP. Also that part where the AI says "HE HAS NO SWAG". I established with her that the outfit I was wearing was maximum swag for silliness. There was no reason for her to just decide to abuse her laws.

And yeah Yahweh really didn't know what was going on, but not knowing, he let me die. Not knowing whether or not it was grief.
Simply not knowing, he should not have let me be killed since he had no reason to let me be killed.

This part is rather irrelevant, you were following server rules throughout the game according to the log. The Captain's ability to arrest you and even kill you does not derive from breaking server rules (aside from negation of grief protection), it derives from IC rules (i.e. Space Law).

You were not legitimate authority as outlined by the Paladin lawset, so the AI is under no obligation to listen to your reasoning. The AI is instructed to "Respect legitimate authority," that being the Captain and HoP and people they promote to a position of authority.

This reasoning is rather questionable. You're referencing a fictional moral obligation that another player has to keep you alive. If this was a true rule, the AI should be jobbanned for allowing even a single person to die within sight of cameras, not to mention the fact that he assumed you were a traitor and had no way to know you were really dying until you were already dead.

As far as it goes, the Captain does not have any authority to call for an execution, unless it is concerning those that have proven ties to the Syndicate(Which is why you do not run around with an Esword, do so at your own risk), only Central Command may authorize an execution.

As to be said, JoJo Marley, who is Saeas, definitely did pull a shitty move in shoving a bottle of poison down your throat, and so did others, such as the AI, who certainly deserves, at the very most, a runover of their laws. The HoP pulled a dick move as well. Yahweh pulled a vigilante but, however, didn't do much.

Though as it is, the Captain also deserves to get his ass handed to him for that Execution Order.

And Fiksowanie, thank you for making my job harder by needing to read through your crap. Stay out of Ban Appeals/requests that have nothing to do with you.
