Ever wanted to live on the wild side? Want your own gun? Don't want to be a detective? Don't like bullets? Don't like people asking so many questions; well then I have good news for you!

Custom Guns
(Yay!)

What do I have to do to make a custom gun you ask? First mine yourself diamonds and have some glass ready. Next head to R&D and research the following to the suggested level.


Combat = 3
Materials = 4
Engineering = 4


Did you research them up to those levels? Whats that, no? GO DO IT. Once you do it; create the "Custom Gun Base" and you'll have a gun, Neat! But you might be asking, why isn't it firing? Well you need to add a Circuit, Module and Cell to it. The cell is the easiest part, but what about the circuit and modules? Well Circuits choose how many shots are fired or other special properties that gun has. A Module chooses what type of bullet is fired. A gun requires all three to fire.

Were can you find circuits and modules? Good question! You can make them in RnD!

Editing your Gun

Building your gun

• Step #1: Use a screwdriver to open the case. Your gun won't fire if its open
• Step #2: Add a Circuit and a Module
• Step #3: Add your power cell.
• Step #4: Screwdrive shut.
• Step #5: Test gun. Do not look at barrel of gun.

Taking apart your gun

• Step #1: Use a screwdriver to open the case. Your gun won't fire if its open
• Step #2: Click the gun with an empty hand to remove the cell
• Step #3: Use a crowbar to pry the module and circuit out.

Meh, adds too much to an already vastly overpowered Science department.

If this does get implemented though, it needs an optional lock module as well to prevent assistants clowns mimes from using it.

It's important to provide some kind of access to this, to allow only syndie or loyalty implants or to allow anyone to fire it.

This wouldn't be OP at all if the certain modules required materials that would let you normally make say, a laser cannon.
So the heavy laser module would need silver and diamonds iirc. And being able to add multiple modules would be awesome. So you can make a taser/laser cannon. Or maybe even a Taser/Pulse Rifle, but that should be an admin thing.

Would also be cool if you could add a "uranium reactor" or whatever the hell the Advanced E gun has, so whatever gun you make can charge on it's own, this should take a huge amount of uranium to combat the OP-ness. With a Super power cell, auto charging, and taser/laser cannon shots, you could make the best gun ever. Assuming mining EVER does their jobs.

Pretty sure that the deathsquad Pulse Rifle has 3 settings: Stun (boy wonder what that does), kill (wonder what that does), destroy (rocket science here someone call Bill Nye). Trust me, I know from experience.

Also are these exclusively laser guns or some other kind of energy weapon because I see no damn reason for the power cell, other than for powering the circuits (which stop people from using said gun unless they have a shiny piece of plastic to swipe on it).

It might help if normal guns had an actual power cell you could swap out.
Though that might be OP, you'd have pretty much infinite taser/laser if you just take enough time to swap the cell out.

I think that TG has made it so stun batons have cells you can swap out, not sure about tasers/other energy weapons.

If only these underemployed rounds had miners, though...
