help how do i atmos

Specifically, how the hell would I depressurise the room, pump it with air, rid of harmful gases in it and make it okay to be in with no space suit or internals?
I tried doing everything with the atmos alarms and I ended up not doing anything at all.

Siphon the room, make sure filters are set up in Atmos, make sure the LACs are set up to even move air. Then make sure atmos is set to actually pump a decent amount of clean air.
I can barely atmos but it's pretty simple.

For most of the direct stuff I think you need to tamper with the air filters of each room, these control the vents

Go full ghetto and just bring in an air tank after siphoning it empty, it's usually the fastest way. Though this is mostly only useful as a cyborg due to taking no pressure differential damage and having all access.
