The dreaming they added from TG are just this : ...Fall..., Ruined station... and other messages like that, as I saw on gibbed there is pods that takes you to some virtual place... it would be cool if while sleeping you can do like there, walk around randomly generated dream... :\

Well if you think about it, people will be stripped in sleep, by me espicially when I'm a "no good piece of chicken shit licking horse fuckon clown who jst gerifs" As gracefully said by the HOS one fine day....

Best way to implement the sleep mechanic would be a way to contact the gods in person. Face to face with the lord of pies.

Not a bad idea, but you might as well just use the VR pods instead. Give the population an area to freely kill people in, and keep those in perma-jail entertained. Think thunderdome, but with the ability to play without an admin on. Might actually reduce the grief going around.
I also doubt that a sleep mechanic would enable the players to talk to the 'gods' directly in person (with the exception of the chaplain, who would probably never wake up if given the option). However, adding in a reason for crew to sleep would be in interesting game mechanic. I'd recommend adding in more beds, though.
Additional: Maybe you can set it up like hunger. Don't sleep for a certain amount of time and you start hallucinating...

also doors at dormitory could be one ID lockable, just like the lockers

That actually doesn't affect anything, does it? After all, the lockers are openable by anyone with an ID...

The personal lockers are unlockable by any ID, but once locked again only the ID that locked it is able to reopen it. Sadly we can't lock doors with an ID, though with some crafty tools you can put a remote signaller to bolt/unbolt the door when you press the signaller button.

Virtual-reality vidya-gaems in our vidya-gaems. That's an awesome idea.
Replace the thunderdome to make it look all Tron-like. Then you climb into a VR pod to start playing. You then control a virtual mob at the thunderdome in a massive never-ending deathmatch.
That is, until some dick pulls you out the pod when they get tired of waiting for their turn.

Something like the VR pods would be nice, yeah. It might even curb griefing by letting people take out their destructiveness on an environment that can be reset midround with no immersion-breaking.

Only problem is that people will fall prey to being walled in as a joke.... Walled into the pod or walled in within the VR environment? Because walling people in in one is doable pretty easily with just chloral for time. And in the VR area thingy I assume you could just suicide.
