Take note this guide is not done as it only covers the assistant. Mimes and Clowns are vary similar to them so its better to combined them into a guide. Their sections will only be abridged versions, because chance are they just end up at the HoP anyway.
Assistant
wlcom 2 teh 2nd m0st h8ted j0b 0n dah staton. Don't let the stereotype fool you into thinking this. Being assistant is not a bad thing to be. You have general access to the station. Your main goal is to get the HoP or Captain to get your job changed to a normal station job or become an assistant to an existing job and pretty much do the same.
Perk's of being an assistant:
Good for role-play purposes.
Can get a job that is full.
Downside of being an assistant:
As the comic portrays, you tend to annoy the HoP
You also tend to annoy most of the station, changling, traitors, deathsquad, ect.
You tend to break into areas you do not have access to.
You tend to get arrested for breaking into said areas.
You tend to steal anything not bolted down.
You tend to wrench anything bolted down.
Know your work space:
The station is your work space pretty much. I can't provide areas since chances are your going to get a job change, borged, brigged, trapped in a room, killed, or are a changling/traitor. Seriously. You literally have the least access to the point the mime has more than you and thats saying something (get it, because the mime can't speak). There are some area's you can get stuff from, like a toolbox or two but other than that if you plan to be an assistant the entire round, expect to take stuff off of the ground. If you don't plan to do that vist the HoP.
Tools of the trade:
Anything you find that isn't a gun.
Chain of Command:
You follow the Head of Personnel. Bug them for a job.
Useful Equipment:
Through the station is equipment for you to use that you may not normally need. These items are useful to your job at certain times. Each item comes with their location and possible use.
Anything you find - Space Station 13 - Make use of everyones discarded items.
Metagaming:
Speak normally IC and not like the comic at the top of the page.
