Got banned by unruly admin

Hello, today I got permabanned by malanth.
Here is the situation: I hear cries for help over the radio, I enter the kitchen and see a hulk punching a crewmember. I immidiately try to Stun the hulk with my stun gloves. He is immune to it. then he kills me and grinds me. No, he is not a traitor/other villian. He is just an admin. When I tried to adminhelp it I was told that I assaulted him and basically no one gives a shit about admin grinding people for no reason. After a few minutes I said:

Good thing /tg/ code has Adminwho option.
So I can detect this kid and disconnect on sight

Is the word 'kid' so bad that I have to be permabanned?
Here is a situation when a guy TRIED to kill a captain because he stunned him - facepunchss13.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=banapps&action=display&thread=386

This was an admin's response:
You were banned for being a chucklefuck and teaming up to kill the captain and hop just because you got stunned a few times. Telling me how to do things because you admin on some other server did not help you at all.

So tell me please, why don't you punish malanth the same way?
Or just unban me?

That was most likely an event, when an admin spawns expect shit to happen.
Though the ban itself seems a little unfair.

Edit: A good tip would be not to complain, ask regulars, they die all the time from admin's going mental, they just laugh it off or talk.

You were unbanned for this after like 5-10 minutes. Malanth authorised the unban.

Forgive me for being rude but the reason you were banned was probably for being a massive pain in the butt. I didn't really witness the stuff before the grinding but you were spamming adminhelp up pretty bad and admins were still debating whether you should be jobbanned/whatever for the previous stuff. Then you kinda pushed them into making a choice between listening to you for the rest of the round or banning you for the crimes that happened previously.

I'd just say, I've been banned for a week for something similar before. You're unbanned now, just shrug it off, learn from it and move on.
