Earlier today i was the HoS and i caught this criminial who broke into the captain's office, stole his gun in the display case and tried to kill me with it later on. When i put the handcuffs on him i told the captain and he told me to execute him. I took the man into the brig to inject him with the syringe when a admin, Kevsop, told me not to do it. I told him i had the right because the captain had approved it as space law says he has to. He said no again and a said we are going to court then to decide his fate. He said ok and he would be the judge. So i tell the captain that i will put this man in court. When we get their Kevsop randomly pops up in the courtroom, ruining immersion, and sits in the chair. captain tells him he will be the judge and Kevsop acts stupid so the captain shoots him. Kevsop then teleports the captain to a prison ,further ruining immersion. In the end he gave the guy only 10 minutes instead of a perma brig. i told him that space law allowed us to perma brig the suspect and he gibs me!! We had a huge discussion which ended up with him just ignoring me and the captain in OOC. Next round three admins made a shop at the arrivals and a guy blows a bomb in the shop.I run into the shop and the admins kill me then respawn me like i was never alive, causing me to lose all my stuff. Later that round i accidently killed a borg with one ion shot which a admin randomly teleports into the armory, ruining my immersion even further. Which i didn't know one shot with a ion killed a borg. The admin, Duel, tells me i was griefing. I do admit i did get a little attitude but he then proceeds to ban me for 12 hours and then job ban me from every kind of security job(Warden, captain, Detective,etc.).I do believe i was cheated all of those times. Both rounds i was the HoS. I am mainly mad at the job bans and the ruining immersion parts. We are suppose to role-play but admins are doing whatever they want without punishment.

It just mostly sounds like you weren't actually listening to what kevsop was saying and constantly questioning his every word. Also how can you stand to play without the admins when every 5 seconds everyone is saying ... and wtf ICly, I wouldn't say that's very immersive.

spess law states: Attempted Murder To use physical force against a person until that person is in a critical state with the apparent intent to kill them. Remember, if a person attempts to render first aid after the victim falls into a critical state they may not have intend to kill them. Normal brigging proceedures apply for a timed punishment, but a trial is required for the punishments of cyborgization or life imprisonment. These harsher punishments should only be used if the person is considered a threat to others, and the trial must prove this fact.
The wiki actually says that a trial is required and that somebody can only be executed if proven undeniably guilty and all other options are exhausted. It also says attempted murder is getting somebody into critical, which I suspect you weren't. Hence, the crime committed was probably lesser than a capital crime.
As a witness to this incident, I can say that the entire procedure was a farce. The Captain's orders are important yes, but the captain is bound by space law....if the captain gives you an order that violates space law he is a chucklefuck and should be treated as such. Passing the blame onto the captain with "but he ordered me to" is a shitty excuse, for people too lazy to engage their brains. If in doubt, adminhelp it.
Furthermore, Kevsop wasn't in charge of that trial... he had appointed a player to RP the judge if I recall correctly, whom he informed everybody about. Said judge was subsequently assaulted by you guys. Everybody involved was then imprisoned, and the person you wanted punished was STILL PUNISHED for a whole 10 minutes! So you guys won the case even when beating up the fucking judge!
Somehow, you seem upset that a somebody who stole an item was punished for 10 minutes rather than having his entire round ruined. That tells me you aren't ready to be security.
However, I understand that security is one of those impossible roles to play. It literally just takes a lot of trial and error and most admins understand that. Hell, I still suck as security even now. At the end of the day, what really landed you in hot water was the fact that you refused to listen to guidance given by Kevsop.
