Banned without questioning

I was just killed by a sonic screw driver and as a ghost i was trying to tell someone alive that he did it. this works becuase it happened to me. He followed and was spamming chat on ghost and you could hear what he was saying randomly. So when i did that, i said it about 6 times in a row once and i get banned. Without questioning
