Warden / Captain faggotry

Basicly I was the mime, this mainly starts off in the Heads meeting room. They're trying to get volunteers for AI's and so fourth and are asking them for why they should be the AI. I was there to pretend to want to be the AI but in all honesty annoy them some.

Anyways they're all talking and so fourth and I turn the lights off. The captain says he'll have my ass arrested if I do it again. Which I gladly do knowing a admin is on and he can't actually arrest me. Anyways the CMO (This is the same round as the other ban post meaning it's the same CMO who was in court for so long) punches me a few times so I stun glove him. Anyways the captain says after this is over I'm to be arrested and so fourth. Anyways they continue on and so fourth and basicly ignore me. The CMO throws a book at me then runs out the room. I follow him as he did harm me and I stun glove him. He pulls out a gun and gets ready to shoot me so I stun glove him again and confiscate the gun. Afterwards he didn't bug me again for as long as I was alive.

Afterwards I basicly get out of there as their meeting ends and the captain sees my graffiti which basicly reads "Captain Asswipe is a Traitor" and tells the warden to arrest me and force me to clean it. Anyways I run around some and find them outside janitorial with buckets and mops. They say not to move as I am being arrested and I ask for what and the captain says "For being a thorn in my side." Anyways the warden attempts to handcuff me and I tell them they can't arrest me for that. So I stun glove him as he continues to do so. They arrest me after shooting me and charge me with 5 different things "Vandalism, Petty Theft, Petty Theft, Assault on a officer" (And I believe trespassing.

Anyways I've been adminhelping some by this point and after 4 minutes in the cell and with 5 to go and Luibei not responding I simply suicide due to the fact I refuse to play with griefers.


I won't bother posting the logs currently as it's pretty late and I'm dead tired. I will tomorrow if needed but I did attach them.

I'd prefer they just get job banned from a majority of head jobs and all of security aswell as cyborg jobs. Or at the very least security.

From my point of view, the Warden:

The Mime was warned to stop causing a bother during the meeting. He continued for awhile. I didn't really care and was just going to leave him alone after the meeting.

However, The Captain saw the insulting graffiti and ordered his arrest once again. A little while later we both bumped into the mime.

Considering how much a nuisance he was being, I decided a 1m charge of vandalism for the graffiti would be enough of a slap on the wrist. Frankly I didn't care and was going to release him as soon as we got to security though, aslong as he agreed to clean up the mess.

He stunned me when I tried to cuff him, so when I got up I stunned him back and arrested him.

He was given a 6 minute sentence, 5 for assaulting an officer, 1 for vandalism.

After searching him I found an energy gun, a flash and those stun gloves. For that I increased the timer.

I was about to offer him a deal of cleaning the mess and leaving early, or staying for the 4 remaining minutes on the timer, but he killed himself first.

Vandalism doesn't cover graffiti in spacelaw.
Vandalism -To deliberately damage the station without malicious intent. -Engineers sometimes make mistakes, but unauthorized personnel should rarely break anything but a sweat. Outright sabotage, like releasing the singularity, is a far worse crime.

So in otherwords by not knowing the fucking laws and attempting to arrest me yet again without cause this would've never have had happened.

The Space Law was being used as a guide.

It was called that sentence because it was the one that best fit the situation. Graffiti in real life is called Vandalism. It is damaging whatever it is placed on. It's debatable, no reason for you to get so whiny over and demand bans.

The greater reason was that you continued to provoke the Captain over and over. It was either be arrested for a slightly useless reason, serve a minute or less in the hold and go, or you continue to push the Captain to his limits so that he kills you.

What did you expect would be the result of all your actions?
