It is acceptable to post in a ban request or appeal thread started by someone other than yourself under any of the following conditions:
- You are directly involved in the issue (IE it is a ban request against you) -Also applies if you were a victim and the wrong person has been banned for killing/griefing you.
- You have useful information to contribute, such as a log of the round, when such a log was not already provided by the original poster. Chat log copy-pastes are not useful to us. Log the round. There are two threads explaining how to do so. Finding one will not be difficult.
- You are an administrator who witnessed the event(s) in question
Under any other circumstances, please do not post in anyone else's ban request or appeal. Doing so will only clutter up the thread and make it take longer for administrators to identify, understand, and resolve the issue.
Posting in other people's threads may result in having your access to the ban requests/appeals subforums revoked.

The same rules apply to administrator complaints.
