....Holy fuck, I need to appeal again?
Uiae, if you're looking at this, I'm not pleased, but I'll do what you ask...
During the course of this round in which this ban took place, the captain decided to kill two of the station personnel, of which I was only told so I have no clue whether this was true or false. The HoS permabrigged him with no notification to the other heads, and we only found out due to the Warden, Ibram Gaunt. The HoS proclaimed himself captain - which was unlawful due to the chain of command, because the HoP takes precedence. His ignorance of a HoP being on station led to me and the HoP building three stun revolvers in the Research Lab and going to Security, proclaiming the HoS unfit for duty and removing his ID by force.
Returning to the HoP office, we were assailed by foul language from the HoS both through his headset and over the HoP desk. We reduced his access to that of a normal Security Officer, and went to get the engine set up (as it had not been set up during this time). We - as in me and the HoP who was Acting Captain - reached engineering and were promptly abused by a Station Engineer, Arthur Abaline, due to not getting the engine set up. The HoP left to go do what a HoP does, and I thought of ways to get the engine online with no power readily available.
During this time, I was assaulted by the HoS-turned-Security-Officer, who stunned me with an energy gun and proceeded to shoot me twice set to kill. I called for help, and he promptly cuffed me and removed my headset and headgear, repeatedly stunning me with a baton. he proceeded to drag me north to the AI core, in the meantime stunning the Acting-Captain and assisting Arthur Abaline to murder her and steal her ID. At this point, Chad Carmichael - the CMO - came to engineering and hit my captor with a syringe, which promptly sent him off to sleep. He then uncuffed me and I began to throttle the wrongdoer, being stopped by Uiae's interjection that something horrible would happen if I didn't drop him.
Instead, I cuffed him and dragged him to Robotics across the hall, intent on turning him into a cyborg. It turned out the now-dying man had a brain in an MMI in his backpack for reasons unexplained, that of Sherlock Holmes. He died just as I left him in robotics to answer a call for help from Chad Carmichael, who shouted for assistance at the AI Upload. I arrived, nothing was happening, and I was called to explain my actions by Uiae, who said that this would promptly be sorted out. At this time I had to go offline to deal with private matters, and I told Uiae this, asking for the discussion to continue when I returned.
I return, to find myself banned for two days.
Read this and find the real wrongdoers here - Arthur Abaline (who was not a traitor, due to joining later into the round), and the HoS-turned-rogue, for unlawfully assaulting me and the Acting Captain.
If you need more justification for my actions, please ask the player of Chad Carmichael or the player of Kat...something-or-other.
End wall of text.
By the Emperor, two ban appeals from the same person in a row? This does not bode well for me.
