Unban Appeal

I was banned for 1440 hours a few minutes ago by Stgfragg. I feel the reason for my ban was unnecessary. I was watching two prisoners be placed into the Brig (one of them being Sherlock Holmes) when Oscar Miner stungloved the Detective and ran off. I was arrested shortly after, despite having no involvement other than being an observer. The officer who arrested me stated I must have been involved, and that we were all working together against security. I was placed in a cell without a set time. I adminhelped the situation, though I also spoke about the unlawfulness of the situation over the radio. After ~4-5 minutes I was set loose, though I was insulted by the officer who had wrongfully arrested me. I asked for an escort to the door (Brig's airlocks were bolted and we had to enter through the Courtroom), yet my request was ignored. At this time, I called the entirety of Security 'shitcurity', as they were obviously behaving as such. Shortly after I was PM'd by stgfrag who stated I should be more grateful for being turned loose. Though I argued in my defense how I was wrongly arrested and was cooperative upon being released, I was still told that my actions were 'wrong' in some form. I argued this for about a minute, when my health was depleted to critical from no apparent outside force. Due to this, I PM'd sgtfragg back for being such a poor sport, to which I was banned. While 'IC reasons and not letting them go' was the reason I banned, I am shocked an appalled that Security still continues to act like shit and get away with it. While it is a short 1-day ban, I still feel the need to express how poorly this situation was handled. Thank you.

Okay so here's the deal. Security had been doing everything this round for everyone. We stopped nearly every traitor and kept the peace the best we could. When shitheads like you started making a fuss they brigged you and you guys just kept getting more and more fucking annoying. Honestly you can go fuck yourself because this is an incredibly difficult job because you cannot do a single thing without someone calling you shit or making your life hell. Try being nice to security. If you fucked up and you know it why not just take the brig time instead of trying to make people hate secuirty more than they already do. Jesus christ.

After you got accidentally arrested. I got the officer to let him go despite the fact he was screaming at the top of his lungs that all of the security officers were god awful and screaming shitcurity and cuntcurity over the radio. After I told you to tone it down and just let it go, you outright refused stating how awful they were and got stupidly aggressive with me that I should even suggest such a notion.

After about 5 minutes of you refusing to be quiet IC and in admin pm's about it, you started a few lovely backhanded insults in admin replies then called me something along the lines of a teribad admin as I went to ban you.

When this could've all been solved by you just going "Okay I'll be quiet". You instead chose to argue for the sake of arguing and despite the fact you'd been a perfectly competent player the rest of the round you dropped to a low level and ruined it.

Well sgt, I suppose you did what you thought was best. Seeing as how it's only a one-day ban, I guess I'll just deal with it for the time being.

I already tried that at first. I didn't run off when I was arrested, I clearly stated I had no involvement in the assault on the Detective. Sure, it reached the point where all I had left to do was adminhelp and yell over the radio. When you're cuffbuckled to a bed in a cell without a time put in, that's about all there is left for you to do. As for 'taking the time when I know I fucked up', I DIDN'T fuck up. Despite this, none of the officers in the Brig were willing to listen to the fact that I was innocent. Put me at fault all you want. I wouldn't have been calling security shit in the first place if someone had listened before shooting.
